The objective of the program was to open the Assistants’ minds to the importance of leadership and to orient them on the fundamental competencies to be great leaders of the future.

30 Assistants attended the program which comprised of a one-day workshop that focused on leadership and the ways in which they can develop identities to mark themselves as true leaders.  The program, developed exclusively for QAPCO, instills the message of how pro-active leadership can create positive change.  The Assistants learned about the qualities of a leader, different leadership styles, and the value of trust and effective communication within teams.
